Request management and workflow system

Full-stack developer (freelance) · A pharmaceutical company

Designed and built a request management and workflow system end to end, from scratch to deployment, with Django, DRF and PostgreSQL across 15 apps.
Built a workflow engine with conditional paths, parallel approvals, voting, referrals and automatic assignment, plus a drag-and-drop form builder (15+ field types) and a live-diagram workflow designer.
Multi-company setup with full data isolation, Active Directory sign-in, role-based access, deadlines based on working hours and Persian holidays, and in-app, email, Web Push and SMS notifications.
359 automated backend tests and 34 Playwright browser scenarios; deployed with Docker Compose and nginx, with tested nightly backups and a full maintenance guide.
